Managing an integration development / solution to deliver specific deliverables and milestones for mentees.
• Lead mentees to deliver business related solutions and to connect to various Processes, Systems, Networks and platforms.
• Lead mentees to implement specific business related interventions such as conduct bookkeeping services, draft a technical specification, conduct a market research or analysis for a small business, etc.
• Define technical support and business support process to support the environment, system or platform of the mentee’s business.
• Assist in the sizing and design of a highly available production / service infrastructure
• Apply technical requirements for the business process applications.
• Implement monitoring and processes for Systems, Processes and People (teams).
• Define or create specific work products (or services) so that they could be identified and reused or leverage previously developed assets, systems or products / services.
• Determine, document, communicate key business decisions to support and rationalize solutions to entrepreneurial issues and complexities.
• Develop architectures that could be validated to meet business intent.
• Provide technical or general consulting knowledge, direction, and leadership to guide teams to perfor the work to completion.
