Overseeing the integration development and solution delivery to achieve defined goals and milestones for mentees, including:

1. Guiding mentees in developing business-related solutions and facilitating connections to various processes, systems, networks and platforms.
2. Assisting mentees in implementing specific business interventions, such as bookkeeping services, technical specification drafting, market research and small business analysis.
3. Defining technical and business support processes to bolster the mentee’s business environment, systems, or platforms.
4. Contributing to the design of a highly available production/service infrastructure and implementing technical requirements for business process applications
5. Establishing monitoring and process management for systems, processes and teams.
6. Creating work products or services that can be identified, reused or leveraged from previously developed assets, systems or products/services.
7. Documenting and communicating critical business decisions to support and rationalise entrepreneurial solutions to complex challenges.
8. Developing architectures that align with the mentees’ business objectives.
9. Providing technical and general consulting expertise, guidance, and leadership to facilitate teams in successfully completing their work.
