The Ethically Aware Supplier Induction (EASI) programme intends to create an industry standard for accrediting SMEs as ethically aware.  The intention is that it would lower the compliance burden on SMEs in that, if they are accredited with one large company, it is also recognised by others.  Companies that already form part of this include MTN, Santam, Alviva Holdings, Datacentrix, Distell and SNC Lavalin.  It is the intention of The Ethics Institute to grow this network of corporate companies who participate in this programme.
