This programme is a transformative journey that provides participants with knowledge, skills and techniques that are essential for effective leadership in the “New Normal”. Over the course of five enriching weeks, participants will embark on a holistic learning experience, nurturing their soft skills through the cultivation of emotional intelligence and gaining profound insights into innate and adaptable leadership styles. In addition, this programme focuses on leading team dynamic processes through immersive experimental learning, fostering the capacity to make informed decisions that optimise business performance to the fullest. The objectives of the programme include:

  1. Discover your personal brand to distinguish yourself in the market.
  2. Gain insight into your leadership style and its direct relevance in the context of the ever evolving New Normal business environment.
  3. Enhance the effectiveness of your leadership by tailoring your innate style to better resonate with your employees and clients.
  4. Navigate and overcome challenges when collaborating with individuals possessing diverse leadership styles.
  5. Explore strategies to prevent group think within your organisation and outline methods for its resolution.
  6. Develop a preliminary change management strategy for the business.
  7. Evaluate the efficacy of leadership within diverse teams encompassing various cultures and values.
  8. Create a framework for optimising your team’s performance in the evolving business landscape.
